Please take your time to carefully select the correct date and time when booking your appointment. Unfortunately, appointments cannot be rescheduled due to accidental bookings or failure to review and follow the booking procedures and policies. Thank you for understanding

• Kindly plan for your appointment by considering any same day engagements, flights, or work commitments, as these can sometimes cause conflict with appointment timing. My focus is on providing you with the best possible results.

• After booking your appointment a deposit of $25 is provided to secure your appointment spot. Without this you will not have a guaranteed spot.
• If you have a previous braid down, please book the “Detangling & Detox” add on to be courteous of and other clients scheduled

Failure to do so will result in cancellation due to lack of time

SAME DAY/WALK IN APPOINTMENTS: can be booked & requires a $25 additional fee

RESCHEDULING: Please reschedule within (3) calendar days of the cancelled appointment(s). Beyond that point your deposit is forfeit and you will have to book a new appointment w| a new deposit.

PARKING: Lots are across the street (under train) & next door to the suites.

There is also street parking available at your discretion.
